Payment and fees
Services are charged as per the rates mentioned on our website at the time of the service request. Payment is due upon invoicing and can be made through accepted payment methods as specified on our website. Services are non-refundable except as required by law.

Refund policy

  1. Service dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the initial draft of your resume, cover letter, or coaching session and we are unable to resolve the issue after two rounds of revisions, you may be eligible for a refund.

  2. Duplicate payment: If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same service, a refund will be provided.

Non-Refundable Services:

  1. Change of mind: Refunds are not provided if you decide you no longer need the service after it has commenced or has been delivered.

  2. Lack of client collaboration: Delays or issues caused by your failure to provide necessary information, feedback, or documents in a timely manner are not eligible for refunds.

  3. Completed services: Once the final version of the resume, cover letter, or coaching notes has been delivered and accepted, no refunds will be provided.

Process for requesting a refund:

  1. Submit your refund request in writing to care@olympuscareers.com within 7 days of service delivery.

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

  3. We will work with you to resolve any issues or process a refund if eligible.

Partial refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if a portion of the service has been delivered satisfactorily but not in its entirety.

Intellectual property rights
The content published on Olympus Careers, including text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of Olympus Careers or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.

User conduct
Users are expected to use Olympus Careers and its services in a responsible and legal manner. Any use of the site or services that disrupts the normal use of the site, or that is abusive, illegal, or disruptive, is grounds for termination of your use of the service.

Termination
